You and registered users/professionals of SoOLEGAL are connected via SoOLEGAL for your professional service and SoOLEGAL is not involved in any dispute between you or your consultant. Nothing in this document should be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, association of persons, agency, franchise, commercial agent or employment relationship between you and SoOLEGAL. You agree that: (a) all Confidential Information remains the exclusive property of SoOLEGAL; (b) you will use the Confidential Information only to the extent reasonably necessary for your participation in the Services and ensure that persons who have access to the Confidential Information are informed of and comply with the obligations of this provision; and (c) you will not otherwise disclose Confidential Information to individuals, companies or other third parties, including affiliates. You may not issue a press release or make public statements regarding the Services, or use our name, trademarks or logo in any way (including in promotional materials) or distort or beautify the relationship between us in any way, without our prior written permission.
